You Are Loved
“What will separate us from the love Christ has for us? Can trouble, distress, persecution, hunger, nakedness, danger, or violent death separate us from his love? The One who loves us gives us an overwhelming victory in all these difficulties.” Romans 8:36,37
The Lord loves you so much and you're fully accepted by Him. He adores you. He knows you, understands you and waits patiently for you. He longs to embrace you and wipe away your tears. It matters not where you are or what's been done; His passion is for you. Need more convincing? Hear His words.
“No one has greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master does. But I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.” John 15:13,15. You aren't a nobody; He calls you friend and took that friendship seriously by dying for you. His love for you is never ending. You're always in the center of His eye. Jeremiah 31:3, “The Lord appeared to me in a faraway place and said, "I love you with an everlasting love. So I will continue to show you my kindness.” He's the perfect Father. He has no favorites; you don't ever have to earn His love and approval. Simply put, you're the apple of His eye. He wants no separation between Himself and you so He gave for you what none other ever has given. John3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have life.”
You may not think you're worth much. You may not believe God could love someone like you that much. You may not think that you're very valuable to the Lord, but realize that you are. The Bible's full of His promises toward you. There's hope in Jesus. He's a whisper away. You'll find no greater love than His. His embrace heals, protects, soothes and carries you. “Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us consolation and good hope through grace.” 2 Thessalonians 2:16
